主要功能用途
法國Bertin Precellys Evolution是一款集固體樣品研磨、細菌胞體裂解、流體均質和組織勻漿為一體的多功能生物樣品均質器。通過工作頭的8字型三維振動（可達10000rpm），帶動樣品管內研磨珠（玻璃珠、陶瓷珠、鋼珠等）高速振蕩，借助于密集撞擊和剪切力，能在大約30秒時間里實現對樣品研磨、裂解、均質處理?？捎糜谒熊浗M織(細菌、肝臟、大腦、皮膚等)、堅硬/堅韌的組織(骨頭、玉米、毛發、種子、土壤等)、微生物(革蘭氏陽性菌、革蘭氏陰性菌、酵母)樣品、糞便、土壤等的可靠處理。
技術特點
Precellys Evolution均質器工作頭帶動樣品管垂直方向3維震動，比單一水平或垂直方向振蕩研磨方式對樣品破碎均質更高效，普通樣品10-40s即可完全均質。而樣品處理時間大幅縮短，可有效防止樣品溫度的大幅上升，減少溫度敏感型樣品的損傷?？赏瑫r處理24個2ml/1.5ml/0.5ml或12個7ml或者6個15ml生物樣品，每個樣品單管封閉操作，避免交叉污染。而大型觸摸屏程序編程控制，直觀易用，進一步提高批間、批內樣品處理效果的均一性和穩定性。
1、人體工程學設計的樣品管上樣
采用專利真空壓蓋技術加樣品管固定鎖板，固定樣品管無需平衡，即插即用，上樣更方便、快捷。
密封O-型皮樣品室及
研磨艙及電機內部的連接部分用O-型橡膠環密封圈隔絕，確保樣品管發生破裂時液體及樣品控制在樣品艙內部，防止樣品污染的擴散到系統主機內部，方便清理，安全可靠。
真空壓蓋技術運用，降低了樣品管高速振蕩過程氣動產熱，減少樣品溫度上升程度。
真空壓蓋技術、壓力及過熱警報和強化保護罩, 適合在生物安全三級 (BSL3)實驗室操作使用，可用于朊病毒樣品(瘋牛癥) 檢測。

5、Cryolys Evolution冷卻系統
Cryolys Evolution嵌入式冷卻模塊是Bertin公司專為Precellys Evolution均質器處理熱敏感生物樣本提供獨特控溫保護開發的新一代冷卻裝置。
Cryolys Evolution具有高效冷卻功能，可中和常規樣品勻漿過程中所產生熱量，確保在Precellys Evolution樣品勻漿期間樣品艙內溫度維持在 0 - 10℃，防止癌癥研究、藥理學實驗等樣品RNA、siRNA、代謝產物、酶或蛋白質等熱敏感分子（thermosensitive molecules）的受熱加速降解，確保獲得高產量提取。
Cryolys Evolution使用液氮揮發或干冰升華作為冷媒，-50℃的低溫冷氣自然沉降進入樣品工作室，包圍每個樣品管，確保均質化過程中的樣品內溫度保持在0-10℃之間。
Cryolys Evolution可從Precellys Evolution主機控制界面，通過系統集成控制軟件進行編程控制冷卻流量可調。借助于溫度探頭，可通過Precellys Evolution軟件監控精確的溫度。
